Reflecting on Progress: Christmas Visits 2024 Update

Tue, 21 - January - 2025

At MindWise, our annual Christmas visits provide an invaluable opportunity to connect, reflect, and gather insights that help shape our journey. This year, we focused on our five-year strategy, "Our Strategy (2022–2027)," as we approach year three. These visits allowed us to reflect on our progress, identify areas for improvement, and explore how we can build on our successes in the years ahead.

To guide our discussions, we asked two key questions:

  1. How do you feel about MindWise right now?
Participants shared their perspectives, which were distilled into a word cloud highlighting the collective sentiment across the organisation.

  2. What are our Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT)?
These insights have been summarised to provide a clear picture of where we stand and where we can grow.

The feedback collected during these visits will inform the development of our Balanced Scorecards for 2025. These scorecards are essential in aligning our efforts across corporate, departmental, and team levels, ensuring we stay on track to achieve our strategic goals.

We are excited to work together to action these insights, with discussions continuing across teams and with our Board of Trustees in the coming months.

Let’s keep building a stronger, more impactful MindWise, together.
