The Mental Health Foundation and the Maternal Mental Health Alliance have launched their Amplifying Maternal Voices (AMV) Toolkit
This resource marks the conclusion of a two-year project, which aimed to highlight maternal mental health experiences within underrepresented communities and empower individuals to shape perinatal mental health care locally.
Drawing on insights from MMHA Lived Experience Champions, their member organisations, and local connections, the AMV Toolkit presents innovative ideas and practical resources to inspire improvements in perinatal mental health support at a local level.
The Mental Health Foundation and the Maternal Mental Health Alliance hope the toolkit will spark action across the UK and be a valuable resource for individuals and groups seeking to influence decision-makers to bring about positive change within their communities.
