Making a Difference: The Impact of Our Money Advice Team in the Last Financial Year

Mon, 21 - April - 2025

Over the past year, our dedicated Money Advice Team has continued to provide vital support to individuals across our community — helping people regain control of their finances and secure the benefits they’re entitled to.

Here’s what we achieved in the last financial year

  • 256 individuals supported with benefits, debt, or both
  • £3.69 million recouped through benefits obtained, debts managed, or written off
  • Outstanding client feedback, with many returning for further support when needed

Our clients consistently tell us how much the service means to them — not only for the financial outcomes, but for the understanding, guidance, and reassurance they receive throughout the process.

Thank you to everyone who trusted us to help. We're here, and we’re ready to support even more people in the year ahead.
