MindWise Achieves Double Gold for Investing in People & Wellbeing!

We are proud to announce that MindWise has been awarded Investors in People (IIP) Gold and Investors in Wellbeing (IIW) Gold—a fantastic double achievement that reflects our commitment to our people and workplace wellbeing.

Not only have we retained IIP Gold, but we also improved our scores across all quadrants. This year, we were also assessed for the Investors in Wellbeing award for the first time—and secured Gold! This recognition highlights the positive, supportive culture we strive to create at MindWise.

This achievement would not have been possible without the dedication of our team. A special thank you to Jayne Wright, HR Director, for her commitment to embedding the Investors in People frameworks, and to Ashleigh Beggs and Jilly Moulds for their outstanding work in preparing, organising, and coordinating this project. We also extend our gratitude to the HealthWise team, led by Ashleigh, for their efforts in championing staff wellbeing.
