Mental Health Matters: MindWise Collaborates with Local Businesses to Deliver Social Value

MindWise, a leading membership-based mental health charity in Northern Ireland, continues to drive real social value in local communities by delivering impactful mental health awareness training workshops.

Through offering training and consultancy, MindWise aims to empower organisations to prioritise mental health, enhance workplace wellbeing, and deliver measurable social impact.

In our latest workshop, MindWise brought together the team at RSC group to:

· Explore the Prevalence of Mental Health Issues: One in four people will experience a mental health condition in their lifetime, highlighting the critical need for support.

· Introduce MindWise and Our Services: From mental health awareness training to bespoke consultancy, we equip businesses to create resilient, supportive environments.

· Provide Tools for Positive Action: Participants learned how to identify when someone might be struggling, signpost to appropriate help, and care for their own mental wellbeing.

This collaborative training is just one example of how MindWise partners with organisations to create lasting social value. By addressing mental health in the workplace, not only by supporting individuals but helping businesses meet the Social Value requirements of high-value public sector contracts.
