MindWise Community Opportunities Service within the Southern Health and Social Care Trust provides help and support to those people over 18 who are recovering from mental health issues.
Our community-based activities provide one to one support, group activities, as well social and practical help. All individuals can develop new skills through structured support and are offered access to a wide range of information, support and advice on issues such as mental health, benefits and employment.
